Step right up and join Birmingham's Retro Revivalists, where nostalgia reigns supreme and we clutch onto our vintage delights with fervor! Our members are devoted time travelers, flinging themselves back into the giddy worlds of 70s disco, 80s synthwave, and 90s grunge—all with a distinctly Southern flair. We convene at underground vinyl shops, thrift stores, and the sites of defunct roller rinks, reliving the retro reverie of traditional Birmingham culture as we dance unabashedly (and somewhat poorly) to the rhythms of our youth. Dust off your high-waist jeans and join us on the journey through questionable fashion choices, questionable dance moves, and dubious hairstyles, all while reveling in the sheer joy that comes from embracing the past instead of moving forward!
