Cheesehead Connoisseurs Society is where we gather to snicker at our own stereotype: the cheese-obsessed Wisconsinites. Between nibbles of gourmet gouda and snide remarks about lactose, we champion dairy superiority with a wink. Meetings are spent lamenting the 'good old days' of simple cheddar while ironically enjoying frou-frou fondues and mock discussions about the latest artisanal cheese trends that any self-respecting dairy-master would scoff at.
