Our gatherings often resemble a scene from a nature documentary, with everyone getting increasingly competitive about who can spot the rarest bird or identify a 'slightly off' tree species. We meet every Saturday morning, bright-eyed and armed with snacks (because proper hiking etiquette demands it), to explore various trails, enjoy the magnificent scenery, and exchange exaggerated stories of previous hikes.
