Join the ranks of the mildly adventurous in Downey Outdoor Shenanigans! If your idea of a wild time includes hiking through a local park while actively avoiding any heavy exertion, this is the squad for you. We’re all about embracing the great outdoors—preferably with a picnic basket full of snacks. We’ll meet at scenic spots like the Golden Park, where we can admire the great California skyline (or, you know, get distracted by squirrels). Our motto? Nature is great, but so is lounging and soaking up the sun while contemplating life’s BIG questions, like why our barbecue skills seem to deteriorate each summer. Don your best sun hat and join us for some gentle hikes, leisurely strolls, and socializing under those beautiful California skies, sans any of those pesky hiking misadventures!
