At the Eau Claire Taste Exploratorium, we consider ourselves unofficial culinary alchemists, dedicated to concocting a mélange of flavors from the eclectic eateries of our town. We invite foodies, chefs, and even self-proclaimed cooking disasters to join us in this flavorful quest! Let’s embark on food crawling adventures that will include everything from sampling artisan cheeses and craft brews to engaging in heated debates about whether cheese curds can truly be considered a legitimate meal. We’ll swap recipes, experiment with local ingredients, and even attempt to recreate Eau Claire’s beloved dishes – sometimes successfully, sometimes “edible.” With a heaping side of sarcasm and a sprinkle of humility, we’ll celebrate Eau Claire’s culinary diversity while simultaneously questioning our life choices with each culinary triumph (or disaster), all in the name of culture, community, and, of course, carbs!
