We’re on a relentless quest to seek out every quirky diner, food festival, and pop-up taco joint that this fine city has to offer. Who needs Michelin stars when you can have a food truck parked next to a gas station, right? Each month, we’ll bravely tackle challenges like the ‘Unreasonably Large Burger’ and ‘Spicy Nacho Challenge’—because nothing says friendship like grease stains on your shirt. We shall indulge in culinary delights (and questionable choices) while debating whether that new fusion restaurant is genius or just another hipster disaster.
