So here we are, a band of hearty souls rebelling against the status quo, inspired by the untamed spirit of the West. With a mix of irony and hope, we host foraging workshops, historical tours to uncover plant-based practices of early settlers, and farmer’s market raids that have nothing to do with livestock.
