Step right up, folks! The Indy Arts & Whimsys group is here to embarrass you with an overzealous enthusiasm for all things artistic in Indianapolis. From the sublime to the ridiculous, we embrace it all—yes, even that giant blue bear that keeps watching you from a distance. Our crew roams local galleries and quirky artsy corners, often hoping to find out if performance art has a time limit (spoiler alert: it doesn’t). Sure, we could discuss the importance of artistic expression, but we’d rather debate why the large murals downtown perpetually remind us of those surreal dreams we have after eating too much pizza.
