It`s handcrafted in small batches by dedicated bakers, made with the finest locally sourced ingredients from the Lower Mainland and Okanagan. Just to name a few, we have classic loaves: Sourdough, Country White, Sprouted Wheat, and contemporary: Cranberry Semolina, Roasted Garlic & Three Cheese, Pecan Flax. Each loaf undergoes a two-day slow fermentation process to coax out its flavours. Baked daily, we put the freshest bread on our shelves for your kitchen table, never selling day-olds.
