The Ballarat Market is a 'Not for Profit' Community Market, run by volunteers in the Rotary Club of Ballarat South. Money raised from the stalls and entry into the market, goes directly to community projects. The Ballarat Market opens to the public from 8:00am until 12:30pm each Sunday at the Ballarat Showgrounds, on the corner of Howitt Street and Creswick Road, Ballarat. A gold coin donation would be much appreciated when entering The Ballarat Market. The Ballarat Market is a blend of indoor and outdoor stalls in a colourful and energetic environment. Whether it’s arts & craft, plants, clothing, home wares, tools, electrical goods, unique gifts, home-made or pre-loved goods, you will discover it for sale at The Ballarat Market.
