Located by the riverfront in downtown Tampa, the Tampa Museum of Art offers innovative public programs with a focus on ancient, modern, and contemporary art. The Museum houses a growing permanent collection, including one of the largest Greek and Roman antiquities collections in the southeastern United States, and offers a dynamic annual schedule of special exhibitions. Enjoy delicious food, coffee or gelato at the Museum's Riverwalk Cafe and find a unique collection of tempting objects at the Museum Store. The building opened its doors in 2010, and many residents recognize it due to the 14,000-square-foot LED installation on its south facade, which has become one of the city’s iconic landmarks.
